St. Swithun's C.E. Primary School, Kennington, Oxford. OX1 5PS Hello and welcome to our Award Winning website. We hope you enjoy looking at what goes on at St. Swithun's.

'Everyone's tomorrow is in our hands today'

Welcome to St. Swithun's Church of England Primary School.  Our school caters for children from the ages of 3 years to 11 years.  Our catchment area centres around the village of Kennington.  We are also partnered with Kingfisher Special School in Abingdon. Click here to view map.

We feel that it is extremely important that you and your child feel part of our school community.  We recognise that you have been your child's prime educator for several years and we would like to work with you to make your child's time at St. Swithun's happy and successful.

Your child will experience a broad and exciting curriculum delivered by well qualified and committed staff.  We work hard to ensure that all children in our care feel good about themselves and want to be successful.  We help them to build positive relationships with other children and with adults and to be sensitive and caring about the feelings of those around them.

We currently have a Foundation Unit (integrated Nursery and reception class), one Year 1 class, one Year1/2 class, one Year 2 class, three Year 3 classes, one year 5 class and two Year 6 classes. Children from Kingfisher Special School in Abingdon are fully integrated with mainstream children in our school.
